6-Month Integrated Build Program

The Architect Fellowship is a 6-month structured program designed to build discipline, real-world skills, and long-term thinking.
This fellowship runs inside an integrated ecosystem that includes:
- A Foundation
- A Café
- A Learning Environment (School Model)
The goal is simple:
Learn deeply.
Work responsibly.
Build confidently.
We believe education should create independent thinkers, not obedient test-takers. This fellowship is built on that principle.
Who This Fellowship Is For
- Graduates and young adults
- Individuals serious about learning and execution
- Those willing to commit consistently for 6 months
Not suitable for passive participation or casual interest.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 45 years
- Must be willing to commit for the full 6-month duration
- Open to students, graduates, and working professionals
- Strong preference for candidates willing to work in structured, disciplined environments
Number of Openings
- Total openings: 5
- 60% reservation for female workforce
Program Duration & Commitment
- Duration: 6 Months
- 3 Hours Daily
- 26 Working Days per Month
Shift Options
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(2 fellows required specifically for the 6–9 PM shift)
What You Will Learn
Over 6 months, fellows gain practical exposure to:
- Digital literacy & computer basics
- Internet usage & responsible social media handling
- Basics of hospitality & café operations
- Design as a core skill stream
- Real project execution
- Food & health awareness
- Teaching & mentorship experience
- Public confidence & personality development
- Paid projects & gigs (performance-based)
This is learning through doing.
Daily Structure (3 Hours)
The fellowship follows a fixed daily structure:
1 Hour – Structured Learning
- Enrolled in a Design or relevant skill course
- Theory + real-time practice
- Assignments and active execution
Learning is mandatory and continuous.
1 Hour – Operational Contribution
Fellows assist in managing real operations inside the ecosystem:
- Café / Restaurant coordination
- Classroom support
- Kitchen & store management
- Accounts & basic finance tracking
- Social media & content publishing
- Event coordination
- Inventory management
The purpose is to develop responsibility and system-level understanding.
1 Hour – Teaching & Execution
Fellows contribute by:
- Teaching and mentoring children
- Checking assignments
- Supporting learning sessions
- Assisting in foundation activities
- Building and documenting personal projects
Learning becomes stronger when you teach it.
Competency Development Framework
Each fellow must actively develop two structured competencies:
1. Operational Competency (Mandatory)
One competency must align with ecosystem operations, such as:
- Café / Restaurant Management
- Classroom Operations
- Accounts & Finance
- Social Media & Branding
- Kitchen & Store Systems
- Event Logistics
This builds leadership and discipline.
2. Creative / Extracurricular Competency
The second competency focuses on personality development and public confidence:
- Public Speaking
- Dance
- Singing / Music
- Theatre
- Art & Illustration
- Photography
Fellows will perform and lead during:
- Community events
- Café cultural evenings
- Open mic sessions
- Band jam events
These activities are led by fellows to build stage confidence and real-world presence.
Stipend & Financial Structure
For Students from 6th -8th with age 15-18 years old
Monthly Cash Component
- ₹23 per hour × 3 hours × 30 days = ₹2070
- ₹430 performance bonus
Total Cash: ₹2500 per month
Project Credit
- ₹3000 per month
- 20% usable as F&B credit
Credit Rules
- Cannot be used in the first month
- From month two onward, usable for approved learning materials, tools, or foundation services
- Not withdrawable as cash
If unused for 3 consecutive months:
- Accumulated credit reduces by ₹3000 per month
- No new credit is added until utilization resumes
- If balance reaches zero, fellowship may be discontinued
Rules & Expectations
- Discipline and punctuality are mandatory
- Active participation is required
- Plagiarism or misconduct leads to termination
- All work created remains intellectual property of One Foundation
- This fellowship is learning-oriented and not permanent employment
Certification
Upon successful completion:
- Certificate of Recognition
- Letter of Recommendation (performance-based)
