Founder’s Note
Today was one of those days where nothing dramatic happened, but clarity slowly started to build.
Over the last 20 days, we decided to track our work properly instead of relying on assumptions. The numbers were small, but they were real — and that matters more at this stage.
From our thali service alone, we’ve generated an average of ₹8,000 over these 20 days.
From chai and samosa, another ₹3,000.
That brings the total to ₹11,000 across 20 days — which works out to roughly ₹547 per day, managed by just 4 kids.
These aren’t “startup headline” numbers.
But they are honest numbers — earned without marketing, without paid ads, without aggressive selling. Most customers are repeat customers, and new ones come purely through word of mouth.
What excites me is not just the revenue, but the structure forming behind it. The process works. The demand exists. And with the right people, systems, and consistency, this can grow sustainably.
This experiment isn’t just about food.
It’s about learning how small teams can create value, earn with dignity, and understand real-world economics from the ground up.
If you’re someone who wants to learn, contribute, and grow with us — enrollment is open.
Not for promises, but for participation.
We’re still early.
Still imperfect.
But we’re moving — and now we’re measuring every step.
